Since the beginning of time, women have always had stories. Stories that are unique to her individually, with experiences that only she has encountered, endured or rejoiced in. She has a perspective of God that is only hers. I love hearing women’s stories because it gives me insight and a vision of who God is and what he’s capable of doing. Stories also give me hope and empower my story as it aligns to Jesus.
“We love because he first loved us” John 4:19
Our stories are God’s story. When we share them, we reveal God’s mercy, grace, faithfulness and love. God receives the glory when we share what he’s done in our lives. I’d encourage you to contemplate your story and how it relates to the way God may be pursuing you; what is He saying? What is He calling you to? What can He offer you?
What an honor that God would be pursuing us each and every day of our lives. He wants to be our friend and have an intimate relationship with us. God’s Truths, Promises and His Character are what keeps us to connected to Him and are still very real and alive today.
